We will provide you with the ground trac number so you can follow your package while in transit. Additional charges are required for International orders and orders shipped to AK, HI, PR, USVI. Faster Delivery: UPS Next Day Air, Second Day Air and Third Day Service are available at an additional charge. Our customer service representative will quote you a freight cost. Returns/Exchanges: If you are not satisfied with a product, please call us. We will process returns or unopened items when you call within 30 days of purchase. Credits and exchanges are processed after the product is received back at our warehouse. Damage Claims: Leave damaged goods and box exactly as you received it. Notify UPS or your local post office right away. Also call us at 1-609-695-5570, but do not send the damaged items back as this will negate your claim.
